MemoHive ingredients, with every amount
Five ingredients and five printed figures. Here is the panel in full, plus what each one is doing there.
The Supplement Facts panel
Serving size is two capsules and there are 30 servings in a bottle. Everything below is per serving.
| Ingredient | Per serving | Share | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Branched Chain Amino Acids 2:1:1 | 540 mg | 52% | Leucine, isoleucine, valine |
| Bacopa Monnieri Extract | 200 mg | 19% | Ayurvedic herb |
| Rhodiola Rosea Extract | 100 mg | 10% | Arctic adaptogen |
| L-Theanine | 100 mg | 10% | Amino acid from tea |
| Panax Ginseng Extract | 90 mg | 9% | Korean ginseng root |
Total 1,030 mg per serving. Other ingredients: Cellulose vegetable capsule.
Reading the panel critically
Three observations, all of which are only possible because the amounts are printed.
The BCAAs are the largest single item. At 540 mg they are more than the four botanicals combined. They are a sports-nutrition ingredient and they are not why anyone buys this.
Bacopa sits below the usual trial dose. Studies commonly use around 300 mg; MemoHive has 200 mg. That is a real amount rather than a token one, but it is not the top of the range.
Panax ginseng is the smallest. At 90 mg it is the lightest touch in the formula.
What is not in it
No ginkgo biloba, no phosphatidylserine, no vitamin B12, no citicoline, no lion’s mane, no caffeine.
The first three are named specifically because other pages selling MemoHive list them. They are not on this panel. A page that describes ingredients the product does not contain has not read the label it is selling from.
The capsule
Cellulose vegetable capsule — a plant-based shell rather than gelatin.
